Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of Pressure Washer Pros LLC DBA Christmas Light Installers' website, services, and communications (including SMS).
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
1) Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Pressure Washing Pros LLC DBA Christmas Light Installers ("Christmas Light Installers," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or interacting with our communications (including text messaging), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2) Services & Scope of Use
Christmas Light Installers provides professional holiday and outdoor lighting services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to Christmas light design and installation, holiday lighting maintenance, seasonal light removal, and permanent outdoor LED lighting.
Service availability, pricing, timelines, and scope depend on project requirements, property conditions, materials, weather, and scheduling availability. Estimates are subject to confirmation prior to commencement of work. Installation and removal dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to seasonal availability.
3) Customer Responsibilities
Access: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information and ensuring reasonable access to the property, including rooflines, trees, landscaping, and outdoor electrical outlets, for estimates and scheduled services.
Power: You are responsible for providing functioning outdoor electrical outlets or power sources for your lighting display unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws related to property access, permits, and homeowner association or community regulations.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information so we can communicate regarding your
services.
4) Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms
Estimates: All estimates are provided in good faith and may change based on site inspection, material availability, or scope adjustments.
Payment Authorization: You authorize Christmas Light Installers to collect payment according to the terms agreed upon for your specific project.
Failed Payments: Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in delayed or suspended services.
Price Changes: Pricing may change if project scope, materials, or conditions change prior to or during service.
5) Scheduling, Weather & Cancellations
Installation, maintenance, and removal appointments may be rescheduled due to weather, unsafe conditions (such as ice, snow, high winds, or rain), or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by the customer with reasonable notice. Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific agreement for your project and applicable law.
6) Data & Communications Integrity
You may not misuse our communication systems, including submitting false inquiries or engaging in abusive or unlawful conduct.
Christmas Light Installers reserves the right to restrict communications or services in cases of misuse or unlawful activity.
7) Limitations & Disclaimers
We do not guarantee specific timelines, results, or outcomes beyond what is contractually agreed upon. Lighting displays may be affected by weather, power interruptions, animals, or other factors outside our control.
All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Christmas Light Installers disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in your project agreement.
8) Liability & Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christmas Light Installers' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, profits, or property value.
9) Independent Operators & Integrations
Christmas Light Installers may use third-party service providers for scheduling, communications, analytics, or website hosting. These providers operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Christmas Light Installers is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or data handling practices beyond our control.
10) Testimonials, Reviews & Marketing Use
If you submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, or photos, you grant Christmas Light Installers a non-exclusive license to use that content (including name or statements) for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing. We may also photograph completed lighting displays visible from public areas for use in our portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.
11) SMS Program Terms ("Christmas Light Installers Alerts")

Program Description: After you opt in, you may receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or services, including estimate follow-ups, appointment notifications, installation and removal scheduling updates, service reminders, and review requests.

Cancel (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.
